Founded in 2020 by Nick Priest and Mindy Strand, The Key Team was built on the belief that clients deserve knowledgeable representation, complete transparency, and a team that truly puts their best interests first. After helping clients throughout Central Arkansas for several years, The Key Team joined RE/MAX Homefinders in 2024, where we continue serving buyers, sellers, investors, and families across the region.

Today, The Key Team consists of three experienced REALTORS®: Nick Priest, Mindy Strand, and Claudia Johnson. Together, our team has successfully completed more than 400 real estate transactions, giving us the experience to confidently guide clients through virtually every type of real estate transaction.
